My daughter loves owls. This is a funny one done in pink. I thought this morning I would add it to my blog. It makes you smile to look at it. She is away for this weekend and hopefully she will see it next week. The sun is shining this morning and the temperature is a little chilly.

This is a rooster added to a wreath for my daughter. She loves Roosters. I added all types of silk flowers, sticks and just about anything I could put on the wreath. The Rooster was big and it took a lot of wire to attach it.

Another picture I made with pressed leaves. I have many trees surrounding my home. The fig tree I love. This past summer it was full of figs. The deer and birds love this tree. I Try to pick the figs as soon as possible. This is a smaller frame which I painted green. I took a nail and scratched up the sides then put a sealer on top of the frame. Inserted cream cardstock that had a design, added my leaves, glass and backing. It is hanging in my bathroom.

This is a picture I made using a very heavy frame. Put several coats of paint and kept sanding it down till I got the look I wanted. I love ferns and every summer I press them for projects I am working on. This one is a copy of a fern I bought at Scott's flea market. The fern copy was the right size for my frame. This is hanging in my bathroom. I move things around, so I never know where I might hang the picture in the future.
